I booked ticket on 18/08 dibrugarh rajdhani express

status: confirmed tatkal ticket booked for onwards journey on date : 20/08 scheduled dep. 2.00 pm boarding from station new delhi to guwahati in the name of netar singh aged 39 yrs (male).

The very next day i.e. on 19/08 i went to cancel my ticket by 1:00 pm and the railway emloyee on the counter gave me refund of 25% (Rs. 490/-) on my cancelled ticket against Rules & Regulation of 75%.

little knowledge left me with big loss and now i feel ditched coz i had no proof against employee. i request an enquiry against him.
