Bad service of IRCTC for online ticket booking

When ever i login irctc.co.in for tatkal ticket booking, it is a nightmare for me.

The sits keeps on hanging, suddenly the page goes blank, and several times it goes blank right after the payment. The sevice provided by irctc for tatkal booking between morning 8 to 8:45 is not at all satisfiable.

PLease look into the issue.
