I have taken agency of ITZ cash world for railway & air ticketing in Nov but from starting till today their portal is not running and I have lost all my bussiness due to this and I have to shut down my office as customer came and fought with me over this, I am not able to create or cancel tickets than why I should carry their agency? I asked them to refund my amount of the agency but they dont hear or solve my problems please do the needful and get me compensation of Rs 50000/-
