I am ibrahim from singapore my uncle daughter travel in jetairways on 09/01 direct flight from singapore to chennai her hand luggage missing, she complaint in airport office chennai, they told they will deliver the thing to her place with in one day but now its self they wond deliver the things they told that they will pay us $ 20 dollor for the things. how to solve this porblem
