Baggage damage

I travelled on 18th March, 12 by jet flight (9W 2256) from Chennai to Delhi. When i received my baggage at airport i found that wheel of my trolly bag was broken it was a case of mishandling, i gave written complaint to jet airways but i received no reply from that side. I want calim for my bag.
