Hi,

This has been the worst experience I ever had with the dealer " Joshi Auto Zone-Chandigarh". I purchased The fiat grande punto emotion pk on Sept. 2nd, 09. We had to come over for the first free service of the vehicle. We were not timely informed by the dealer and also when I went for the service I found that they are least bothered and really careless in their prospects of providing quality services. I had few problems with the vehicle regarding the paint and some small issues that were neglected and the quality of paint that was done was just for a matter of formality. The car looked crap and all the beauty had gone after they did the paint on scratched areas near front fender.

Pathetic service network for fiat and joshi auto zone.

Morover I filled the feedback form as well but could not get any response from them. May be they are too free to neglect such issues...

I would have to think now onwards before I purchase my next car and opt for some other dealer.
