Kanase Autolines. Satara
Not Satisfy about Service

Dear Sir,

On dtd 21-3-11i have book Bajaj discover 150 Golden Clr from your dealer Kanase Autolines. Satara. At the time of booking i have paid Rs.1000/- as per your dealer request. at the time of deposit Kanase Autolines gives me quotation of Rs.52933/- after discounts. actual price on dtd 21-mar-11 Rs.53500/- at the time of booking i told to dealer i want bike on 4-4-11 the delivery date also mentioned in quotation . on dtd 31-3 i got dd from my local bank after passing loan proposal. Bank gives me DD of Rs. 51933 (52933-1000 Adv). as per your dealer's quotation. from date of booking representative of Kanase Autolines daily call me for delivery of bike but never told me about price change. on dtd 31-3-11 when i go to showroom with DD as per your dealers quotations. General Manager of Kanase Autolines told me prices of all vehicle of Bajaj increase so you have to pay Rs.1700/- more by cash. i asked him from which date prices change then he reply 4 days agro prices change. so i told him its your duty to inform those customer who booked vehicles even today also your representative call me at 11.30am for delivery of bike but did'nt told about price change & now when i came for delivery of bike you told about price change then he told if you want bike you have to pay Rs. 1700/-. then i told him ok. please cancell my boking & give me my booking amount i don't want your bike. then he reply me we can't refund your booking amount. you can do anything from your end.

Then i booked bike from Suzuki satara dealer & today I will got the bike at the oldest price.

Please take corrective action against Kanase Autolines otherwise Bajaj will loose business at Satara locations because Kanase Autolines not taking care of Customers. All customers are not satisfied about service of Kanase Autolines Satara.

This is my humble request look into this matter & do needful.
