Non-distribution of Gas on time

Gas Connection No. 27849 with Kanpur Gas & Allied Agency

I have booked gas on 1st February vide booking No. 26 . They have confirmed that the delivery will be effected within a week. Till today, i.e. 10th February at 11.00 A.M. I have not received delivery of the cyclinder. I contacted Kanpur Gas and it has been informed that they are supplying the gas against the booking done on 25th January now. Is it true that Indian Oil is not supplying the gas? Is there really a shortage of supply? or is this agency is doing any mischief? I am really in need of gas. Such type of irregular supply is creating lot of problem to the consumers.

I request Indane Authorities to look into the matter and arrange to deliver the gas atleast within 10 days of the booking.
