Gas Cylinder not delivered

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am consumer of Indane Gas, my consumer number is 12558, KD No. 159, residing at 9, Nafor Kolay Road, Kolkata - 700015. I have a complain against my gas agency Karco Distributors, 16 Radhanath Choudhury Road, Kolkata - 700015, that every time I book the gas cylinder, it takes one and half month normally and some times more than that to deliver. This is the regular problem which me and my whole locality face each and every month and this lead to lots of problem. The landline number which they had mentioned over the bill copy, they never respond the customers call, everytime it rings but the dont respond. We are very much harresed by this type of service. My current booking number is 229388 booked on 11/10 which was supposed to be deliverd within two weeks but still I m waiting for the gas cylinder to be delivered. This is really a very serious issue.

Kindly go through my problem and take a serious action against this compain. Looking forward for your early reply on the given below mobile number.
