Engine Failure

I have purchased a karizma zmr from MEGA MOTORS (N.H.Bye Pass) Xx/61-A, Ranganath Square N.H.Bye Pass,

Aluva, Kerala on the date of 29/03 and has completed 11, 000 km. I faced a major problem from my engine, while riding my bike through the highway, I heard a burst out sound from the engine and lots of smoke was comming out from the engine and small broken metal pieces was found on the lower part of the kit. I have completed five services from the mega motors and all the services was done at the proposed interval. I have taken my bike to mega motors and i am not satisfied with the feedback from them.

Due to what reason this problem arises and does the engine get replaced. Pls help me with this issue.
