SIR, i book the railway ticket online; https://www.irctc.co.in/ inthis website... my username is ivanindia.

the train details is; train no; 12270

, train name; MAS DURANTO EXP..

travel date ; 02/06.

from; H.NIZAMUDDIN. to; CHENNAI CENTRAL.

birth; SLEEPER CLASS..

i booked the ticket online by using debit card; karur vysya bank..

actually the problem is i booked the ticket.. but i dint get TICKET PNR NO... but my bank balance was reduced Rs. 805/-

i dint get any information about train details, birth and coach number.. even my ticket is confirmed or not i dont knew sir..but my bank balance was reduced.. they took the amount.. please kindly consider my request... waiting your reply soon sir..
