DELAY IN SUPPLY OF LPG CYLINDER

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to LPG refill.

i am a consumer of Indane Gas and M/s Kasna Indane Gas is the only one Agency who is authorized to supply in Greater Noida.

at some interval when ever we book the cylinder they have never given delivery on time and they always have the supply problem and only one response is Waiting.

if they are unable to meet the supply and demand then why not two Agencies are established for Greater Noida city? why no one is listening to customer problems? is this such monopoly product? Goverment is apying subsididty to all the agencies and they are making profit by selling filled cylinders in open market.

kindly look into the matter.
