Dear sir I have bought Maruti Suzuki wagnar from kawisha motor agra on 19/01 on finance from Hdfc bank, that time loan taking time, so dealer take Rs300, 000 security cheque from us, after 3days our loan passed from HDFC bank and the dealer already got all amount. We ask them to return us the cheque, they informed us everytime boss is outside, field manager Is outside, like this more than one month passed, now the problem they said they lost the cheque, we r suffering s lot trouble from this dealer & now we want take action against this dealer
