Mental Harassment

I am irfan ali pradhan from Bhopal MP. This is to complain that yesterday on 19-12, flight from DAR to NBO my three family members were the passengers of the flight. The Plane landed Jomo Kenyatta. My daughter Pradhan Saher Fatima was feeling hungry and was taken for some refreshment, snacks etc. After 30 minutes when they returned and went to take their Boarding Pass to proceed their further journey up to Chatrapati Shivaji Mumbai, the concerning Officer denied to issue the boarding pass, asked to buy a new tickets for next day flight, and halt for one day in Kenya. Hearing this, my family started crying as they spent all their money at DAR and not much left to spent. the is serious mental harassment they suffered for 30 minutes till some people gathered and asked the officer to issue the boarding pass. Please take the necessary action and let me be informed.
