King Club
King club miles not credited

I flied bangalore - london - bangalore through king fisher airlines and I have done web check in through my king club number. But they have not credited my miles to the king club account. Then after when I have mailed their help desk to credit miles, they have asked some verification which I have sent to their email address but still they are not crediting miles.
