Refund of cancelled fligth

I have made reservation with Kingfisher airlines in Aug for Ahmedabad - Mumbai - Cochin - Mumbai - Ahmedabad for travelling dates in May. The PNR was OLODZR and e-ticket no 0902471197302 / 303 / 304 305 (Four tickets). I was informed in March on the flight cancellation and subsequently I was forced to cancel the tickets.

The refund for the meals (Rs. 1400) paid for this sector is not processed yet and I have contacted their call center and via email at least 50 times in last 4 months. Now they even do not respond to my email.

What should I do?
