Non refund of the cancelled ticket amount

Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked a flight ticket on 29th July and cancelled the ticket immediately however there is no refund of the amount till date. I have been marking mails to Tasvinder Diwan, a thoroughly useless customer care executive of the Kingfisher who has been only giving dates however never bothers to address the query.
The PNR no of the ticket is EDLAEM. Please take
