Refund after cancellation of flt by Airlines

I had purchased an airticket from Yatra Online Pvt Ltd, Chandigarh on 04-12-10 (Receipt no. 42312) (Ticket No. 1672861487) on name of Gazal Baid. Details of journey is as follows :

Fm: Ahmedabad To: Delhi Flight no: IT 4637 Date : 15-01-11 PNR: DLPVQP

Fm: Delhi To: Chandigarh Flight no: IT 3357 Date : 15-01-11 PNR: DLPVQP

Total cost of Full journey was Rs.2947/- . Journey from ahmedabad to Delhi went through, however due to bad weather at Chandigarh flight IT 3357 got cancelled by Airlines authority (Kingfisher Airlines). Same was also endorsed by Airlines on the ticket. On 17-01-11 I have reported for collection of my balance amount at Yatra Office where I have briefed and shown all required documents to Ms Anju and Ms Baljeet Kaur. They promised me to give my refund within 10 working days. I have personally gone to Yatra office four times and contacted on phone number of times, however I have failed to get my refund after almost a month. When I contacted Kingfisher Airlines Authority through Toll free number they also misguided me and did not help me. This is a clear case of tourchering, harrassement and ' DADAGIRI' by both Airlines agent (Yatra Online Pvt Ltd) and Airlines company (Kingfisher Airlines). I would request you to kindly help me out and do something. I will be ever greatful to you. Thanking You.
