Refund of time

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Kingfisher air ticket from Patna to Ranchi depart date 16 March. 2012 at 14 :20 hrs with reference no. 11031228533 and airline pnr no FWEFVL, through your YATRA.COM. But due to some reason flight was cancelled. Kingfisher Airlines Executive told me that this full amount will be refunded from Yatra in your account and he cancelled the ticket and put stamp on e ticket. I called on your number 09555800800/18605000500 many times for about my refund money but no response was given to me.

Please do the needful to refund my money in the Account of Union Bank of India, Rajabazar, Patna, Account No.: 453202010053564, having IFSC No. UBIN0545325 and MICR No.800026004.
