Kingfisherred/ air ticket
Did'nt get air ticket refund money

I, MR l.K.ROY booked an air ticket withThe kingfisherred airlines through Makemytrip.com website by my canara bank debit card and subsequently the flight has been cancelled by the said Airlines and i was informed that my a/c will be credited within 3 to 4 days. The cancellation & refund process completed on 02/11 (as per the mail received), Booking ID NF25136797584, Bank ref no: cca100939413.

But sorry to say the subject refund amount Rs10608/- has not yet been reflected to my a/c to which my debit card is attached.

May i ask u that by what time my a/c will be credited, and may i claim for the interest for the period lapsed for the delayed credit. Because i have to bear the interest for this amount to my Bank a/c.
