Misbehaviour by taxi drivers

Sir,

htis is to bring to your kind notice that the taxi stand is filed up with ruffians, antisocials, hooligans who charge the intending passengers more money than normal rates. Drunken taxi drivers use filthy, rough language with the help of the local antisocials. The Local Dum Dum PS having enough knowledge of the matter but takes no legal action. A few months back a ouple was attacked & threatned of life by the taxi drivers. All gets drunk after 6 pm more or less & the peace & quietness of the area gets disturbed. The same occurs with the local residents.

Please take immediate legal steps against those persons involved in the illegal act.
