REFUND OF EXCHANGE BONUS

KOSMO HYUNDAI DEALER

I had bought SANTRO in the month OCT and I was promised a exchange & corporate bonus of Rs, 12, 000. A written commitment was made at the time of Purchase and after that regular followup were made with the dealer but every time same reply was given that it is in proces and it takes time. You will have to waite and now almost after one year I made followup with their GM who actually made it clear that no document has been processed for it and I was being cheated by giving fake replies by their staff.

Need reply on it. Is it same for every body.
