Regarding delay in exchange bonus

Subject: Delay in getting exchange bonus

Dear sir,

I have purchased hyundai santro on May 15th from KOSMO HYUNDAI AMRITSAR and I was promised of 15000 rs in exchange bonus within 6 months maximum. I have submitted all the documents at the time of purchasing the car immidiately. Now more than 14 months have been passed and whenever i call them they give only lame excuses. i have called hyundai customer care having complaint number 1-35196884 they dont give any satisfactory reply

I am bringing this matter in your kind notice for further action. Ihave also called at their Chandigarh Office And talked to concerned person Mr. Amar and Mr. Prabhdeep Sandhu and always get the same reply "PLEASE WAIT YOU WILL GET YOUR EXCHANGE BONUS VERY SOON AND WHENEVER I ASKED HOW MUCH TIME I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THEN AGAIN SAME REPLY WAIT WAIT AND WAIT ONLY" kindly help me to get the bonus as soon as possible.
