Wrong commitment regarding interest rates of the car loan

One of the representative of kotak-mahindra bank told me that there will be interest rate of 9.5% and 2.5 lac loan amout will conclude 8125 Rs. per month as installment for 36 months, i signed the blank documents...

I dont know how to calculate the interest of 8125 Rs. results in how much interest rate???

I am planning to go to customer suraksa kendra.. what should i do???
