We had taken delivery for Hyundai - i10 from your showroom on 9th September the vehicle met with a small accident which had to be repaired hence we gave the car at your workshop and Kartaj on 21st of September - Mr Amit was the person who was co-ordinating with us for the same

Our Grief:

From the time we gave the car on the 21st od September we NEVER got a firm reply from Mr Amit as to when will we get our car back, everyday we used to call Mr Amit just to hear from him that he will call back but NEVER did

Finally after waiting for almost 3 weeks we decided to go to the workshop and see it ourselves, we reached there during lunch time and were asked to wait for 30 minutes however Mr Amit did not come, finally Mr. Pandit spoke to us and promised us that he will deliver the car at our residence today in the evening

The vehicle came to us at 5pm in the evening and to our shock the bonnet which had been replaced had scratch marks on it, the same was confirmed by the driver and the vehicle was sent back to the workshop

Customer Service:

When we called Mr Pandit explaining the same to him he gave the phone to Mr Amit and he conveniently told us to send the car back with arrogance and wrong attitude

Request to to please look into the matter and ensure you resolve the same at the earliest and also do a training session for your staff in how to interact with customers or have decent staff to interact with customers

This car is registered is my sisters - Ms Karishma Shamwani and this is their first car, am sure with this kind of horrendous experience we will never recommend Kothari Hyundai to anyone as well, I work with HSBC in Pune and I will personally also share this kind of experience with my other colleagues as well
