Ticket not confirmed by agent

I have purchased E tickets from Krishna Travel Agency, Ahmedabad for Lucknow to Ahmedabad which is waiting pool quota and agent said that it will confirmed during journey but actually it is useless and I have lot of trouble intravelling. We purchase the e tickets from agent for confirm ticket (2nd AC) for comfortable journey but after we pay agent charges along with AC charges, we travel as a simple traveller in train than what is purpose of agent even if he confirmed that ticket will confirmed during journey.
