I am a resident of New Perungalathur (Near Tambaram) at South Chennai. For the past 4 months i purchasing ponni raw rice (20 kg) from M/s Trinethra stores. I make the payment through card.
But i am not getting the product in time. Minimum they take 2 days to deliver. This time i paid the amount on saturday 03/12, till now i did not get the delivery.
Then what is the meaning of `Free Home Delivery' and being a holder of `Club member Card'
When called, they come out with lame reasons saying and this time they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow afternoon, they take almost 4 days just to deliver a 20 kg rice bag to place which is just 15 to 20 minutes travel by any vehicle from the store. Every month i am confronting this hardship and above reasons are given. Also i absorbed that staff are permanent working in this store, every month i found new staff are being deployed.
As you know well, eatables are essential to us, then why such a lethargic attitude towards serving customer.
Could you please instruct your people to understand the customer needs and serve them in time, else i will take up the issue with consumer court under `deficiency of service'.
Hope the name of Tata and Birla will not be defamed
