Toomuch delay in supplying gas cylinders

We are having gas connection in indane company bearing number 4255 and we have double cylinder connection. even though we have double cylinder we are suffering so much due to non supply of cylinder properly . we consulted the dealer and dealer is postponing that 'gas company is not supplying properly because of lorries are in strike'. your customer service phone, sales manager phone are not responding . agent didnot supply the cylinder in resent pongal also . so ia request you to look into the matter and solve and regulate supply of gas.
