Late coming of train

Ailway is one of the waste service in india.as the india growing higher in all aspect south central railway going too worst day by day. for instant secundrabad to repalle (delta fast passenger) train no 57651 is running late every day, 2 hrs late for last 5 months.daily lot of complants on this train to 8121281212 but their is no action from railway managment.this train takes nearly 12 hrs jorney from secundrabad to repalle. before 1996 their is local train from repalle to guntur local train never be late. but due to stupid decission made by railway managment all the repalle passengers are suffering.
