Dear Sir

i have a complaint regarding the delivery of gas cylinder, my consumer no. is NG 16422 i got the message about the delivery before a week but not get the cylinder yet and now the booking time is near for my next refile. this is not 1st time when its late many time i have to suffer from this. I have only one cylinder, we are 7 in our family how we can adjust from one cylinder from 15 days. i request you to take proper action about this as soon as possible. the name of delivery boy is Satpal Singh and he is ignoring my complaints from last 5 days.
