The Station not working systematically

The complain is about Laxmi Gas Services, SG Barve Marg, Kurla (E), Mumbai-24.

We stay in Kurla (W) and for us its very difficult to get the refilling cylinder on time we face lot of problems getting it. It takes month or more to get the refilling delivered on time, but i am sorry to say all this below

1) The phone numbers are always busy, hrs and hrs calling u will not get the line.

2) Very rude, when we say the booking number they say its already delivered that means that the cylinder is black marketed to someone else.

3) The delivery boys don't speak properly, they say that if you want to complain then go and complain. (Its very difficult for us to go from Kurla (W) to Kurla (E).

It is happening with many HP Gas Consumers, so pls. look into this matter as now our Ramzan is also going on.
