Lexican Motors Siliguri
Non Refund Booking Amount 30500 from Lexicon Motor Siliguri

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked the vehicle through Lexican Motors Siliguri, But due to unablity of vehicle in there stock. so, I purchsed the vehicle from other tata delear. Although have submited refund letter to Lexican Manager but still, they are not refunding my booking amount (Rs. 30500/-) rather they threatened me that they are not going to pay my booking amount at any cost.

So, you are requested to do the needful & pleased make ultimatum to refound my booking amount as soon as posible, other wise i will sue to consumer court against Lexican Motors (Siliguri / Malda).
