Reserved seats occupied

Dear sir,

Im a visually handicapped (blind) person aged 60, i have reserved seats from tiruppur to chennai in nilagiri express on 18/02, southern railway alloted the special slepper coach for handicap persons, i got the seats in handicap coach, its nearer to the general (unreservation coach), general public occupied the seats and we complaint to the southern railway, no action was taken and the public too have no curiosity about the hadicap persons, TTR didnt came and check the ticket at any station, i had very difficult travel on the night fully, im submitting the complaint on behalf of all PHYSICALLY AND VISUALLY HANDICAP persons, KINDLY do the needs and HELP THE HELPLESS ONES
