Problem in clutch plates

Sir, i had purchased a scooter in june from jay kay autombiles, rehari, from the very begining the scooter has started giving trouble as i felt that its clutch plates were defective, as the time passes scooter engine becomes so noisy that such machinery could not be utilized for its service as it is too risky. I at this juncture am compelled to park the scooter back to the above company. I had approached the works manager more than 10 times, they always opened the plates and hit them with a hammer which results temporary solution. As i am in a deep trouble kindly direct the concerned dealer to look into the matter and set the scooter in perfect condition otherwise i will be taking up the case to consumer court against dealer as well as company for such poor response.
