Refund of advance booking

Sir, i booked a vespa through refrence no. 24/026353 on dated 9/2/1985 booking amount Rs.500/- .

i sent to your office the original reciept of the booking for refund on 5/3/1987 but till date i did not recieved the refund. so therefore i again request to you send me the refund along with interest as per rules to my new address :
