Not issusing the bike with extra fittings

I am Senthil Kumar staying in periyanacianpalayam coimbatore. my father owing a XL heavy duty. we thought of exchanging the older one with new one. so We approach the show room. but the sales manager Mr. Manikandan and Manager S.Selvakumar of that show room said that with out extrafitting bike will not be delivered and said i will not give bike to you people. we are saying that we did not completely avoid the extra fittings we will fit the required things but he told only on fitting all the extra fittings bike will be delivered and at all if so i will not give bike to you. he is illtrateing us and send out.
