Delay LPG Supplying

I am concusmer Bharat enterprises Sector 13, Karnal (Bharat Petroleoum) Vide Consumer No. 2937. I had Booked the Complaint on dated 24-01 for riffling of cylinder. But uptill now he did not supply the gas cylinder whereas onwards 24-01.Many cylinder has been refflied, best reason to him. all of the officers were fully aware regarding. kindly inquired the matter through honest office and faulty person should be punshied. why the said bharat enterprises is delaying to the supply LPG reiffling to the applicant give reason.
