Delay in supply and negligence by the staff

Desler: Sri Kumaran Gas agency, chennai -106.
Gas booking date - 10/3.
Not received my gas cylinder till 22/3.
Whenever I call them to find out the status, they very rashly talked to me and completely cut off my phone call. When on 22/3 my husband called up they said it will reach today, but not still. When I called in the evening they talked very rashly saying it will take three more days. The ladies language is too bad that they are talking like lady gundas and treating us like their servants.
We never expected such an unruly attitude from a very highly reputed organisation like THE BHARATGAS. The government of India is serving the general public by facilitating them with the use of lpg spending more and more money into this.
But angencies like this are defaming the good name of our country.
The words spoken by the office staffs are very offending and had created a greater mental agony in our family.
Kindly solve this problem and make your service user-friendly.
