Phone not working in working hours

Verma Gas Agency (Indane LPG Distributors), Mandawali, East Delhi, Ph. No.224334 & 22473808 is out of order during working hours from 9.30 am to 6 pm. if we try after 6 pm to 9.30 am that is working prpoerly.
I need strong action on above distributor.
