Non delivery of gas cylinde

The vighnaharta gas agency in Bhandup village road is just harassing the consumers. The operator who is handling the phone call is an idot never pick up the phone call. I have 2 cylinder but no use because we never get the cylinder on time. it gets 20 - 25 days to get a cylinder by the time the first cylinder is empty. they even dont take the booking of cylinder before 25 days. reason the first cylinder was deliver to you now. then what is the use of the second cylinder. If we owe an explanation they just cut the phone or keep it aside. This is like they do us a favour by takinf the booking of the gas. I think the owner is too responsible for the same. that is the reason we consumer of HP Gas face a biggest problem of non delivery of cylinders in time. my gas consumer no . 605905.
