we have booked through SMS, booking reference no. 231039 dated 10-12, cash memo generated by memo no. 3078 dated 24-12. Ultimately refill received at home on 04-01 i.e. it took about 24-days from the date the booking.

I and my wife are both senior citizen and we require minimum 2-cylinders per month which is not available from your side for the last two to three months which ultimately affects our normal life.

you are requested to take appropriate action to enable us to get 2-cylinders per month for proper maintaining our life style.
