Mentally harassment by HP deale

Dear sir,

I am a regular costumer ON Gaytri gas enterprises, Kantabanji (Distributor code 13007900) since last many year and my consumer no. is 605048, every month we book the Gas in due date but the delivery is done at a late 10 to 30 days every month, every time we have a hot talk but the out come is zero. I have all the proof since last 3.5year. i am mentally disturbed due to their harassment. This is not fair in the democracy, hoping for your quick response.
