Delay in getting LPG

Dear Concerned,

Please note my booking refernce number : 303266 registration number : 13634 booked on 6th feb till date i havn't received my gas cylinder note i m repeatedly calling up yourhelpline number but there is no respose from their side, as it is a dosmetic need of our daliy life it is very difficult for me & for my family to sustain without the same . im seniour retried officer, my age is 65 years & very sorry to say you this if you don't respond my complaint immediately i will go to conumer forum for the same.

Kindly look into this matter immediately & resolve the same.
