DELAY IN HOUSEHOLD GAS SUPPLY

Dear Sir,

We having consumer number 5818 booked gas on 31st may through freedom gas service and till date we have not received the gas to our residence. After calling the customer care number come to know that our distributor has cleared booking till 6th june so why and how it could be possible? Also last month also they have done the same mistake and I had registered complain to the toll free number and with in 2 days the gas had been delivered after my complain. Pls take the appropriate actions against the same so that we could get delivered the cylinder and in future also the same should not get repeated with any of the consumers.
