LPG Cylinder
Not supplying LPG cylinder in time

Dear Sir,

We are a customer of Indane for more than 10 years. We shifted our home 4 years back. Hence our LPG Indane cylinder now comes from Blue Flame of Raja RamMohan Sarani, Kolkata 9. Our consumer no is SV 53691 (T1447). The dealer has made a norm that we can only book our cylinder 18day after getting the supply of a cylinder. After 18 days when you book a cylinder, the dealer claims they will be delivering within 10 days. So in 18 10=28 days you may expect a cylinder from the agency at the earliest. Most of the time cylinder does not reach us even within the above mentioned 28 days. Hence we are forced to buy a cylinder from market directly for which we need to pay more money. The dealer has been informed about the problem several times but no actions have been taken. This is creating deep problem and demanding extra money. We request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
