Not caring customer

I, Sri Asim Kumar Biswas of 58 A, Santosh Roy Road, Tripti Abasan, Kolkata- 700 008 (Mob No. 98302-74749) having Customer No. FTG 0885 with Gas & Gadgets of Manton Super Market, Shop No. 34 Kolkata- 700 034 called for gas booking from my telephone no. 033-2494-3922 to said distributor for 12 times at 10-10 am but the distributor concern did not pick up or receive the telephone and resulted which I could not book my gas till yeasterday. It is negligence of services on part of the gas distributor resulted which I have been harassed too much.
