Non booking of Gas cylende

(1) My consumer no is U6366 Inden Gas, Udaipur Gas Agency Udaipur (Rajasthan). I booked LPG Gas cylinder on IVRS System on IVRS NO 09414021260 on 30/05. I waiting for gas cylinder but after waiting of so many days gas cylinder not received. I inquired to Udaipur gas agency on 24/06 about my cylinder supply i surprised to know that my cylinder not booked. Whether Gas is being booked on IVRS No 09414021260 is unauthorized or any malpractice?

(2) I booked gas on 24/06 and received cylinder near about 03/07. Now i dailed on IVRS No 09414021260 a massage is being received that you booked gas on 24/06 but actually i received the booking.
