OVERCHARGING AND MISS BEHAVE

This is request cum complain for the connection. I have a connection of Indian oil, whose Distributer is Dagar gas agency sec-3 rohini delhi from where no one pick up the ph also, some telephone no are temporarly out of service. For Corroprate company which is not fair, Your customer care is not intrested to pickup the ph also. Distributers do miss behave to me.and also overcharging.supply is not in proper time.

Plz help me to provide the gas urgently.
