LPG gas(indane gas)
Leakage in cylinde

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Amandeep kaur resident of chander vihar, nilothi extn.i am facing problem in LPG gas service.vendor has given cylinder on dated 17/9/10, at that time my mom checked and she told to him that that cylinder (no is TG3931) is liking and also no seal on it but he told that there is no leakage.and left the cylinder at home. From 17 sept onwards it is continously leaking, when he came again in our street then told him regarding same.he deny that he will not give other cylinder.

Please tell who will pay for that.

So.kindly provide me solution for the same.
