Non delivary of refill lpg cylinder since 11.06.2011 against booking no214618 dt11.06.2011.Cash memo generated by ioc vide no.4751 dt.21.06.11 but cylinder not yet been delivered. I have complained on 22.06.2011 vide no.132193 and reminder given daily but invein. Also complained on phone no.2221969 but result is zero. My consumer no. D-9170 atM/s Deep Ganga, Ashsiana Nagar, Patna.
